Sam Fratantoni

Sam knew from an early age he was destined to be a custom home builder in the Valley! His parents, Angelo and Josephine, were custom home builders most of their lives, and it was only natural for Sam to take what he had learned and build upon his parents' wealth of experience.

Sam earned his drafting degree in architecture as well as residential and commercial contractor licenses. Early on, Sam discovered several aspects of the custom home building business which were in dire need of improvement.

Sam noticed many custom home builders lacked key services essential to the home building experience such as aggressively negotiating contracts as well as a system of checks and balances, which would provide families with the satisfaction and understanding that all bases were being covered. So Sam adopted the theory of "constant" and never-ending improvement as the foundation for building a successful company.

Josie Fratantoni

Raised in the custom home business by her parents, Vincent and Theresa Montana, Josie has over 21 years experience as an Interior Designer.

Josie’s diverse background includes experience with floor plan layout for functionality, as well as layout of furniture and selection of wall coverings. Josie also provides input and feedback during the architectural design phase, ensuring both construction and style are always in-sync.

Josie is also a licensed realtor and can help you get the best value out of your existing home or lot, or help you purchase your future lot.

A Valley resident for over 30 years, Sam and Josie are the proud parents of 3 wonderful children. Their older sons, Angelo and Vincent, are currently attending Arizona State University while their daughter, Jessica, is a sophomore at Notre Dame Preparatory School.
